Open the user.ini file and scroll down till you find 'talk'. Then add a letter to talk that isnt being used elsewhere. Then when in the game, hit the letter you assigned to talk, delete 'say' and type:

set DeusEx.JCDentonMale bCheatsEnabled True

Then you will be able to enter any of the following codes:

god - God Mode
allweapons - Get All Weapons
allammo - Ammo Refill
allskillpoints - Tons of Skill Points
allaugs - Basic Augmentations
allhealth - Refill Health
allenergy - Refill Energy
allcredits - 1000 Extra Credits
allimages - Unlock All Images
spawnmass - Spawn a large group of enemies
